Shipping Your Order

Shipping: Orders will be shipped within a maximum of 3 business days after payment is received, and up to 5 days for customized orders. They are shipped via postal services with a tracking number. We will send you an email with a link and the tracking number to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, travel to the post office, as well as postage fees. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping costs apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but with a tracking number and special attention paid to the items during packaging. Contact us if there is a delivery issue, and we will do our best to help you receive your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout, in the cart.
Your items will be well protected and shipped in a bubble envelope. The shipping fee will be added to the cart only once, meaning that for 2 or more items, you will pay shipping fees only once.
